Every partnership includes automated Content ID monitoring against unauthorized re-uploads and scrapers. When a match is found, our rights desk files takedowns and, where necessary, strikes — typically within hours. Rights defense is included in the standard terms at no extra cost.
Filing a notice with us
If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including: identification of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. Valid notices are processed within 3 business days.
Counter-notice
If material was removed as a result of a notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the same elements. We will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material after 10 business days unless an action is filed.
Repeat infringers
Accounts and submissions associated with repeated copyright violations are permanently removed from the site and our programs.
