What we do — and how your data is handled
Everything Tiniso touches: the services we sell, the cookies the site sets, the Google APIs we call, and what happens to your information at each step.
The services we provide
- Brand-deal representation — we pitch your channel to consumer tech, gaming and fintech brands, negotiate rates, and manage contracts end-to-end. Escrow-backed payouts, net-7 terms.
- Production squad — senior editors, sound design and motion graphics trained on high-retention storytelling. Rough cuts in 36 hours, two revision rounds included.
- Packaging lab — thumbnail and title A/B testing. Median CTR lift across the roster: +34% within a quarter.
- Rights desk — Content ID monitoring and DMCA enforcement for every partner channel.
- Channel strategy — a dedicated manager reviews your analytics monthly and plans content around sponsor inventory.
Zero percent of your AdSense. Our income comes exclusively from the sponsorship deals we close.
Cookies & local storage
The site sets a small number of first-party cookies and browser-storage entries. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere on this site.
tiniso_cookie_consent(localStorage) — remembers your cookie preferences from the consent banner.handle_channel,handle_channel_data(sessionStorage) — the channel you entered and its public stats, so the dashboard fills in without re-fetching. Cleared when the browser tab closes.handle_ip_info(sessionStorage) — your IP geolocation result, cached for the session so analytics events carry country data without a second lookup.calc_subs,calc_freq(sessionStorage) — the estimate sliders from the apply modal.
Manage these anytime from the Cookie Settings link in the footer, or clear site data in your browser. Full policy: Cookie Policy.
Google APIs & YouTube data
When you paste a channel link or handle, our backend calls the YouTube Data API v3 to resolve the channel and fetch its public statistics.
- What is fetched: channel name, handle, avatar URL, subscriber count, video count and total view count — all public data visible on any YouTube channel page.
- What is never fetched: your Google credentials, private analytics, revenue data, email, or anything requiring channel owner permission.
- API key handling: requests are made server-side. The API key never appears in page source or browser requests.
- Google sign-in on the dashboard verifies channel ownership through Google's own OAuth flow; we store only the verification result, never your password.
- Quota: lookups are cached for one hour per channel, keeping API usage far below quota limits.
Usage of the YouTube Data API follows the YouTube API Services Terms and the Google Privacy Policy. Tiniso is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC.
Third-party processors
- api.ip.sb — IP geolocation (country only) for analytics. The IP is resolved in your browser and attached to session events; it is not sold or shared.
- SendPulse — the newsletter subscription form. Your email goes to SendPulse only if you explicitly submit it.
- Google Fonts — self-hosted font files are used; no requests leave this domain for fonts.
- Hosting — the site runs on our own server in Germany. Logs are kept for 14 days for abuse prevention.
Email & messaging
When you submit the onboarding form or click buttons on the site, an event record (page, time, browser type, country) is sent to our internal operations channel. These records contain no passwords and no payment data. They are used to route your application to the right manager and to reply within 24 hours.
Retention & deletion
Application data is kept for 90 days, then deleted. Session storage clears when you close the tab. Analytics events are kept for 12 months. To request deletion of everything we hold about you, email [email protected] — we action requests within 72 hours.
